The features of the DRA-PAL 7000 stretch full-web wrapper
The DRA-PAL boasts advanced technical features to guarantee high-quality results:
• A vertical motorized pre-stretch assembly with film holders and rubber rollers.
• A central sealing and cutting system using a heated wire.
• A wide variety of web widths (film dimensions) available to accommodate every load types.
Operating principle of the DRA-PAL:
1. The load passes through a curtain of pre-stretched film. The DRA-PAL dispenses the film as the load moves through, keeping it taut until the entire load has passed through the curtain.
2. The DRA-PAL closes behind the load and performs two seals: one to complete the packaging, and the other to reconstitute the curtain for the next loads.
